Special Care Nannies providing specialized childcare placements for families with special needs children
"For the past 12 years, our family has had an ABA-based home program for our two sons w/ autism. We have always had 5-7 staff members who implement that program as a team for the boys. Until two years ago, we attended to all of our needs ourselves, and now we rely heavily on SCN, who has since worked with us to meet the intensive requirements of ongoing staffing support. Anie has sent to us people who are smart, skilled, dedicated, and caring; she is supportive, responsive, attentive, and thoughtful, and always follows up to make sure that everyone is happy. SCN's versatility in addressing different needs also brought us a very special housekeeper/nanny, who provides warm and nurturing support to both our family and team members."

WHERE DOES SCN FIND QUALIFIED NANNIES?

At Special Care Nannies, we work continuously to recruit the most qualified nanny candidates available.

We have formed alliances with professors of Psychology and Special Education in local universities, who invite Anie to make presentations to the students in their classes. This ongoing process results in locating and attracting highly qualified, experienced, and energetic candidates for our families who are in need of part-time and full-time care.

The nannies who provide childcare to our SCN families find their experiences to be rewarding and enriching; often they refer their friends and colleagues to work with our families as well.

HOW DO I BEGIN THE PROCESS?

It’s easy!

For interested families, please call our office; once we have the preliminary information from you, we will email all of the documents and forms necessary to get started.

If you are a nanny interested in a position, please give us a call before you complete the application online. We need your qualifying information before we are able to consider you for a position.
